Rosemary is a Managing Partner with Altitude Solutions, LLC, a women minority consulting company that provides professional services to businesses and nonprofit organizations in the areas of business and organizational development, human resource management, strategic planning, grant writing, customer service training, and policy and procedure development. As a Managing Partner, Rosemary is committed to putting the needs of her clients first in order to ensure clients' satisfaction.

Rosemary serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for Fulton County Government where she works along side the County Manager to manage the daily operations of the Executive Office. She serves as liaison between the County Manager and 40 Department Directors. She supervises staff and manages the Executive Office’s 2.2 million dollar budget. In her role, she develops key performance measurements and indicators (KPIs); polices and procedures, vet employee Grievance Appeals, and assist the County Manager with special projects to achieve the County's mission.

Rosemary has worked within the public, private, and non-profit sectors, beginning her career as a news announcer with WIGO A.M. Radio. She worked for AT&T within the area of sales and customer service and served in the roles of Business Analyst and Change Management Analyst for Coca Cola Enterprises, Inc. for 10 years. She serves on the Board of Directors for The Stewart Foundation where she mentors "at-risk" kids and develops them into becoming tomorrow's leaders through educational programs. Rosemary also served on the Board of Directors for the FreeWishes Foundation, which was founded by the Grammy Award Winning Hip Hop Mogul, "Future" alongside his mother and sister, where she served the needs of youth and seniors throughout Metropolitan Atlanta.

Rosemary earned her Bachelors of Art degree from Clark College presently known as Clark Atlanta University in Mass Communications and a Master’s of Science degree from National Louis University in Human Resources Management and Training Development. She received her Certified Public Manager Certification and Executive Leadership Certification from the University of Georgia, Carl Vinson Institution. She is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Managers and an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Marietta-Roswell Alumnae Chapter.

Carol "Peggy" Shields is a Managing Partner with Altitude Solutions, LLC where she oversees the training division and assists with client engagement. Her business education, marketing, and public relations expertise is utilized to teach professional courses in the areas of customer service, business 101, and grant writing. As a Managing Partner, Peggy is dedicated to her clients and committed to maintaining the integrity of her clients' relationships.
Peggy serves as Community Engagement Specialist for Fulton County Government, assisting unemployed citizens in obtaining job training and professional certifications through the Workforce Innovative Opportunities Act (WIOA) Program. She previously served in positions as Career and Training Advisor and as Fulton County District 7 Representative for Fulton County District 7 Board of Commissioner's Office. In this role, she worked directly with the District 7 Commissioner serving citizens, addressing constituent concerns, and utilizing her pubic relations, customer service, and networking skills to achieve the District's goals.

Peggy's passion to help young women grow spiritually, and professionally, inspired her to launch the "Titus 2 Woman 2 Woman" Prayer and Mentoring Program. Through this Program, Peggy provides young women with information and inspiration that equips them into becoming well-rounded citizens, who are socially and spiritually prepared for success.

Peggy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from Fort Valley State College, presently known as Fort Valley State University. She was crowned "Miss Fort Valley" in 1980 and during her early career she served as an Educator in the Lincoln County, Georgia Public School System. Peggy is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
